Helpdesk and Technical Support
Wright Solutions provides help desk management for a variety of computer and network operations using Microsoft, Novell,
and Unix systems on mainframe, and client/server based environments. We research customer problems and seek resolution,
working with all available (internal/external) technical expertise to provide world-class customer service
while working with clients by e-mail or by phone. Our staff has extensive knowledge on a range of help-desk trouble-
ticket software applications, and our technical support professionals are deployed to fully support the installed
operating systems, servers, and networks.
