CPSR

Consider this…

Your organization has reached a level of revenue at which various Government regulatory agencies are starting to scrutinize your records. One of these agencies, the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), is interested in conducting a Contractors Purchasing System Review (CPSR). While you would like to comply with all the requirements and pass this untimely audit, it is clearly evident that your current system is in disarray.

Wright Solutions has developed a process to assist in assessing your procurement system and determine its adequacy and the likelihood of passing the CPSR. Our services in this area include:

. Examining Procurement Policies and Procedures Manual(s)
. Conducting Staff Interviews
. Reviewing Purchase Order/Subcontract Files
. Providing Deficiency Percentage Report
. Formulating a Report that discusses all System Deficiencies
. Developing a Corrective Action Plan.

All services are provided in accordance with the DCMA CPSR Guidebook and requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Note that Government contractors billing in excess of $25 Million to the Federal government are subject to the CPSR. It is in your best interest to prepare early and determine how your system measures up. Having an approved procurement system will provide for an effective procurement organization and will broaden the gateway for additional opportunities on contracts that are materially intensive.
